Suitable for Web or Sheet Fed Printing
Advanced engineering has allowed us to attain superb stitching of multiple jetting arrays, providing 3.0” of vertical swath within a single printhead along with 256 DPI vertical resolution. Nicknamed “The Big Head”, the Atlas 3250 uses solvent-based ink to print on a wide variety of porous and coated substrates. The Aurora 3250 uses UV curable ink to print on just about anything from paper to plastic… even metal.
These printheads form the foundation of a true production system,allowing customers to enjoy low operating costs and highest production speeds while printing high quality addresses, barcodes, logos, graphics, marketing messages, transactions… any variable data. They can be used in both inline and standalone applications, as well as sheet fed or web press environments. For applications requiring wider print swaths, up to 8 print heads can be stitched seamlessly to provide 24” of high-quality print at horizontal resolutions of up to 660 DPI.
